At Blue Ridge Care, we recognise that placing a child is an enormous responsibility, and placement breakdown represents further trauma for the child and high costs for the authority. Every referral is assessed against our Registered Manager's dynamic matching profile, checking peer dynamics, safeguarding vulnerabilities, and ensuring the therapeutic skills of the home roster align with the child's care plan.
